Donning hats and waving noisemakers, revelers can party on until 1 a.m. at Magic Kingdom with double the parades and fireworks. Guests can count down to the magical hour with the "SpectroMagic" parade at 7 and 10:15 p.m., the "Wishes" nighttime fireworks spectacular at 8:30 p.m., and a special New Year's Eve "Fantasy in the Sky" fireworks show just before midnight. The park is open from 8 a.m.-1 a.m.
Disney-MGM Studios guests are in for a jammin' street-party at Sorcerer Hat Stage. Eighty's sensations Frankie and the West End Boys will perform at 6:15, 7:15 and 8:15 p.m. Dance Express takes over for the rest of the evening with shows at 10 and 11 p.m. and 12:15 a.m. A special "Sorcery in the Sky" fireworks show will light up the sky just before midnight. The park is open from 8 a.m.-1 a.m. The Epcot New Year's Eve Countdown Spectacular officially begins at 7:30 p.m. with an early performance of "IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth." The second performance of "IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth" begins at 11:40 p.m. and will be followed by the special New Year's Eve countdown. This show features rooftop pyrotechnics for all the World Showcase countries where 2004 has already begun. The final countdown culminates in a spectacular "Auld Lang Syne" finale on World Showcase Lagoon. Park hours: 10 a.m.-1 a.m. Cirque du Soleil’s mesmerizing show La Nouba celebrates this holiday season with a new way to bring in the New Year! Guests on Dec. 31 will receive champagne and a limited-edition show program with an insert containing the performers’ signatures; $18 in addition to regular-price ticket. Disney Cruise Line rings in the New Year with ship-wide festivities for the entire family aboard the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder. Children experience enhanced programming at Disney's Oceaneer Club and Disney's Oceaneer Lab. The teen areas, Common Grounds (Disney Wonder) and The Stack (Disney Magic), offer DJ-hosted, teen-only dance parties. Adults enjoy champagne toasts and New Year's Eve entertainment in the adults-only entertainment district.
