We'll soon post a video of the grand finale of the ceremony.

Moving on, we were able to attend the special presentation (Epcot: How it Changed the World) with the former Walt Disney Imagineering Principal Creative Executive, Marty Sklar. What a great person!:

He showed us a lot of videos of EPCOT Center's past, and even defended the old logo by saying that Disney should just throw away the current Epcot logo and go back to the original:

That was definitely the best presentation of the day.

Right before dusk approached, nature provided some fantastic colors that beautifully complemented Epcot's buildings. Take a look at Spaceship Earth:

A few minutes later, even the rainbow appeared!:

Isn't this a real WOW moment?:

Journey Into Imagination looked great too:

At 9 p.m., IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth started:

As you know, the show ended with a truly amazing, spectacular, magnificent, incredible, unbelievable, [insert other over-the-top adjectives] tag. Wow, that was definitely the best way to end a special day! We'll post a video very, very soon (if you can't wait, you might want to check it out on our official You Tube channel).

Right after this absolutely fantastic IllumiNations tag, retro music of the original EPCOT Center started playing. Also, some special "words and numbers" were being projected on Spaceship Earth's surface:

In conclusion, we strongly believe that Epcot is still as inspiring as it was when it opened, back on October 1, 1982. It may have received some updates and additions that may not be defined as successful, but it is still a park with a rich history and with a special feel. It has always been and will always be the theme park celebrating discoveries and the hope for a better future.

See you real soon with some quite interesting videos of this special day, including a full video of the amazing IllumiNations' special finale!
