Good news! Guests will now be able to take advantage of an additional complementary offering inside Epcot. In fact, free wireless internet was added all around the park on August 24, 2012. Here you are more information:

Complimentary Wi-Fi Now Available at Epcot
As part of our efforts to continuously improve the experience for Guests at the Walt Disney World Resort, we’re excited to announce that complimentary Wi-Fi service is now available at Epcot.
Guests with wireless-enabled devices can now connect to the complimentary network by locating the network (Disney – Guest), selecting to connect and then accepting the terms and conditions. Once connected, the Guest will be connected to the network in locations where the Wi-Fi network is available.
If a Guest has already connected their device to the Disney Wi-Fi network at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel public space, they will not be prompted to accept the terms and conditions again.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available at Magic Kingdom Park and is planned to be available at all of our theme parks and Downtown Disney Area over the next few months
