Good news coming from the Magic Kingdom park. Indeed, the newest Disney-PIXAR character has just started meeting guests in the park. Here you are additional information regarding this new Meet & Greet:

“Brave” Play and Greet Now in Soft-Opening at the Magic Kingdom
Although this newest character location will not officially open until May 18, Merida has already started visiting with Guests at Fairytale Garden periodically. There is not an official appearance schedule, and the venue may close at any time as we continue to refine the experience. Starting next Friday, May 18, Merida's appearance times will be officially published in the Times Guide.
About the experience:
Get ready to welcome "visiting royalty" from the Scottish Highlands! Disney-Pixar's "Brave" debuts in theaters on June 22, but Magic Kingdom Guests may now visit the adventurous Merida and discover their true bravery in her new interactive "play and greet" experience in Fairytale Garden. Come test your skills with a bow and arrow, and enjoy the silly antics of her three wee bear cubs!
