 | Disney Corner Future - What direction should we go in? |

It has been many years since I opened the disney corner, and while
I still love the site, I don't have as much time for maintaining it.
I'd like to know from you the users what we should do with the site. I
don't want to break up the people on this site, so the DC will NOT go
away.
But should we:
1. convert all data to a new and more modern system and allow more
access for postings, comments, articles, etc. In other words redesign
DC so it is more community based.
2. Turn DC into a discussion forum only - nothing else
3. Other ideas?
Please let me know, I've recently moved the site to a new server and we
have the horse power to do more, but I need everyone to participate.
Maybe we could be the first Disney Online Community, less news but more
friendships?
let me know what you think, and yes all forum data and user ids will be preserved.

 Reservations Open Aug. 6 for Specialty Dining Events at Epcot International Food & Wine Festival
LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- The annual Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, which runs Sept. 28 through Nov. 11, will begin taking reservations at 7 a.m. on Aug. 6 for popular specialty dining events such as the Party for the Senses grand tastings. The festival's separately ticketed events are extremely popular with festival guests and availability is limited.
In addition to Party for the Senses, the offerings include wine, cheese and food pairings, prestigious wine schools and tastings, elegant multi-course dinners with wine pairings and other special dining events.
Several hundred Disney and celebrity chefs -- including Cat Cora, Alan Wong, Jeff Henderson, Keegan Gerhard, Colette Peters and G Garvin on designated festival dates -- collaborate with renowned winemakers to create a wide variety of tasting experiences at Epcot and at signature Walt Disney World restaurants.
Regular Epcot admission includes entrance to the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, wine and beer seminars, cooking demonstrations, Eat to the Beat! concerts, culinary exhibits and all park attractions and entertainment.
Guests can call 407/WDW-FEST (939-3378) for information and to make reservations for special events and programs. Festival details are available at disneyworld.com/food.

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- The power of the Force and the magic of Disney combine for Star Wars Weekends at Disney-MGM Studios every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from June 1 through June 24. The annual sci-fi fan-fest invites Walt Disney World guests of all ages to grab their lightsabers, oil their droids and embark on a Star Wars adventure like no other in a theme park not so far, far away.
Dozens of villains and heroes from the entire Star Wars saga -- from Darth Vader, Darth Maul and Kit Fisto to Queen Amidala, R2-D2 and Greedo -- roam the theme park and participate in autograph sessions, parades and photo opportunities. Celebrities from the films make appearances each weekend in Hollywood-style motorcades and star conversations.
Young Padawans have the chance to participate in Jedi Training Academy, where they train with a Jedi Master, learn to wield a lightsaber and test their skills in a climactic battle against the evil Siths.
Also featured: rides on the famous Star Tours attraction, presentations on the making of the Star Wars films, Star Wars trivia contests and a Hyperspace Hoopla party each evening. Guests are invited to wear Star Wars-inspired costumes to the event.

Opening April 2, 2007 will be the Grand Fiesta Tour with the Three Caballeros, coming only to Epcot!
Ride along with Panchito & Jose as they go searching for Donald who got lost in Mexico on his way to a grand fiesta in Mexico City.
This attraction replaces El Rio Del Tiempo in Mexico in Epcot.
