The Newest Disney Villain Song 9 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 3
In the fine tradition of Disney villains having a catchy song of their own, here is the full version of Friends On The Other Side sung by yours truely just as I turn Prince Naveen into a frog. Following the footsteps of my evil predecessors such as Ursula, Jafar, and Captain Hook, I basically make a deal with the good guy and then royally screw them over. I think Disney did a fine job with this villain song. Very similar to Ursula's Poor Unfortunate Souls as you'll see when you listen to it.

You can also hear the full version of this song on my MySpace page (see signature)

It does sound like Poor Unfortunate Souls. It sounds like the soundtrack is pretty jazzy.

Randy Newman did a great job capturing the cajun feel for this soundtrack. I had mixed feelings at first because I REALLY WANTED Alan Minken(spelling?) to compose the songs at first. But after hearing the soundtrack, my inner naysayer shut up.
Great Louisiana bayou feel to many of the songs. Especially the movies' theme "Down In New Orleans", as well as the one Ray the firefly sings (going down the bayou, or something along the lines).
