For the Super Bowl we had deli meats and cheeses.
Lunch was at Peco Bill's. We tried their new angus cheeseburgers. Yum!

There is narration for the TTA ,but it's boring narration.  I like the new SM tho. It does feel a bit smoother than how it was. Apparently the two tracks have always been named Alpha and Omega. Now there are signs saying so. And I like the closing scenes as you leave the ride. You can still see yourself on TV.
Anyway, I had orzo pasta salad for lunch. Yum! |

we are trying a new recipe from by best friend, Susan. called chicken and sauerkraut
you spray with Pam, put breast meat into the casserole, top with sauerkraut, swiss cheese and a bit of 1000 Island dressing, and bake! i'll be having some soon and will let you know how it tastes! it smells like a Reuben in here

i made paprikash for dinner last night, and i had some again for lunch...yummy!
for those here not Hungarian, its a soup made with chicken, celery, onions and paprika in a chicken stock, and you put it with egg noodles.
my mom made it all the time, and its one of those happy childhood memories when i have it. i miss you, mom!
