It is delicious! I look forward to it every day. I prepare it the day before, stuff it all in a lunchbag I have, and store it in the fridge until the next day. I think it's what keeps me walking home from school in a good mood (because the walk home from school is the worst part of the day; I just want to be home!).

PS: We had spaghetti yesterday, too!

Last night I made tortellini with olive oil, crushed garlic, steamed broccoli, and sprinkled it with crushed almonds, crasinis (dried cranberries), and a little salt and crushed pepper. A nice bottle of Shiraz topped it off.

Cereal (corn flakes with almonds) with milk and a glass of orange juice. Breakfast! Usually I'd add some toast with butter and preserves, but I was too lazy this morning to go through all of that.

tried a new recipe tonight..something called Spaghetti Pie

it was good, (tasted a bit like lasagne since i did have enuf sour cream and had to use ricotta for the rest) but there was more spaghetti than sauce, so if we make it again im going to increase the sauce and maybe decrease the noodles

oh boy...what's for dinner tomorrow? ill be right over!

tonight i made something i call barbeque fried chicken....

i take boneless chicken, pound it a bit to make it softer (since it doesnt have skin, it can get hard when frying), i dip it in Sweet Baby Ray's original BBQ sauce, then i bread it and fry in a little oil in a skillet...

it is delish! we also had mixed veggies and sweet potato fries

^ That does sound delicious! This thread always makes me so hungry.

Lunch today was a hot roast beef and cheddar sandwich. It was on multi-grain bread and it came with Sun Chips. I got it at the restaurant in America at Epcot. It was yummy. ( You can also get the sandwich with fries.)

^ Yay! I love chicken enchiladas.

Today was our big food day. Sue made chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast. Then we had hamburgers for lunch. And for dinner it's steak. Plus I made confetti cake with chocolate icing for dessert.

My lovely wife made a killer homemade chilli for dinner last night. YUM! Right now I am snacking on some Nutter Butter bites while my car is getting its brakes fixed.
