Well, lunch today was yogurt, Diet Coke and an apple. Dinner was tacos. I'll try and do the healthy thing tomorrow :oops: . ( BTW, the buffalo-style chicken sandwich at Wendy's is really good!)

Nothing right now. It is only 5:30am but I cannot sleep so I am up working...or at least I was working.  Last night though I had Thai - shrimp wraps and chicken satay with Tiger beer (an excellent important from the far east). |

I actually ate pretty healthy at WDW this time. I'll still have a cheeseburger there but now I get apple slices on the side instead of fries. And I've been getting more of the vegetarian offerings.
But lately I've been eating Christmas candy.  
Sue made something last night from the Sandra Lee cookbook. Enchilada lasangna, I think it was called. Anyway, it was really good! |
