Ok I want to liven up this section with another Imagineering topic. In Lets Pretend, we pretend that something happend to a Disney park and you a prestigous member of WDI have be assigned to fix it. In this weeks "Lets Pretend" we pretend that HKDL is way to overcrowded and Disney wants some attractions and resturaunts to help with the park. They grant you 125 million for a "short fix" to add a few more attractions to help with the park what would you add?

Well, we could just open up a newer and bigger theme park in Shanghai.

Pardon the glib remark, I do get what you're saying. And it is a concern of the HK government, so it's not an unimaginable thing.

Give me a few days at WDW to get me inspired and I'll crank out some new attractions. I can't really say if I'll be on the net up there, or not. ($$ is getting a little tight.)

Today, I said to myself, why is there no Hercules themed ride at any of the parks. Hmm... it's probably that the film wasn't a HUGE success, but then again, The Adventures of Ichabod And Mr. Toad wasn't either.

As they want quick fizes I'd first do Raging Spirits (like the are rumored to want to do now). That's 70ish million.
For the next 30-40 I'd do Star Tours in the area next to Starliner Diner.
I'd take a bit of money and make a new restaurant (even though it has 9 as opposed to MK's 10 for 50,000 more people) :? and for the last bit of money I'd add a spinner to Fantasyland either themed to Mary Poppins of Little Mermaid.

indiana jones and the altar of destiny-rollercoaster,similar to raging spirits and the 1 in paris.50 million.

tarzan-king of the apes-large,theater show,behind the treehouse.15 million

TOMORROWLAND-
stitchs great escape!-nothing to do with the 1 in MK.part rollercoaster,part darkride,as you follow stitch through the galaxy.50 million.

FANTASYLAND-
ariels grotto-another elaborate garden/meet and greet.themed to underwater/coral,walk through the gardens and fountians,before meeing the characters.5 million.

adventure gets 2,because,IMO,it is the weakest land at the moment.

Yeah, it kinda died here. i've posted a few things but, yeah. It's dead. I'm gonna forget about my universal thing and go back to my U.K. Disney.
